Users of My Movies for Mac OS X can purchase My Movies 2 in the app store, and log in using the same user account that they used in the previous applications, and their collection will seemslessly synchronize to the updated application. If you have titles with “Offline” or “Edited” statuses, which are only in the local database on your Mac, and not in our online service, you can use the “Upload all offline and edited…” function in the file menu of My Movies 1 to transfer this data to My Movies 2 though the online service.
